Our Story
One dark early morning in the fall of 2020, Hannah and Duncan, her new 12 week old puppy, were in her front yard when Andrew and Humphrey, his chocolate lab, strolled by. Andrew couldn't resist stopping to say hello to Duncan, and Hannah thought Humphrey was a great name for a dog (and that Humphrey's owner could be cute, too). They had a few more chance encounters while out with their dogs, but it wasn't until Andrew spontaneously rang Hannah's doorbell for a formal doggy playdate that they finally had a chance to get to know each other better.
Soon after, Hannah and Andrew (and Duncan and Humphrey) were nearly inseparable. Their friendship and relationship grew deeper over time, and they realized that the connection they have was rare.
Fast forward to May 2023, when Andrew pulled off the most romantic proposal on a sailboat at sunset off the stunning coast of the South of France. It was the perfect setting to celebrate our engagement and the start of our new chapter.
We're so excited to welcome everyone to Raleigh and spend our weekend with the people that love and support us!
